7 Cubas 2015
The 7 Cubas 2015 red wine comes from a hectare of centuries-old vineyards located in the town of La Horra (Burgos), near Aranda de Duero, the epicenter of the D.O. Ribera del Duero. Centennial vines must be treated with affection to get their maximum potential, with a manual harvest at the optimum moment of maturation.
ELABORATION
The 7 Cubas wine is aged in selected grain French oak barrels to preserve the intensity of the fruit at all times. After aging there for fifteen months, it continues with another twelve months of bottle aging.
TASTING NOTES
The 7 Cubas 2015 has an intense cherry red color. Its aromas of ripe fruit, balsamic and lactic notes stand out on the nose. Mineral, hints of cocoa and very spicy. In the mouth it is a solid, harmonious wine, with great expressiveness and long persistence, body and firm noble tannins. It is ideal to accompany red meats and game, cured cheeses and chocolate.
