TASTING
Las Tierras de Javier Rodríguez “Finca el Teso” shows a very intense dark layer, in a fine layer of perceptible ruby hues. Ripe black fruit dominates the nose, adorned by notes of stewed fruit and a lot of minerality. In the mouth we find these flavors again but with much more forcefulness, since it is a very full-bodied wine.
PAIRING
Tierras de Javier Rodríguez El Teso Alto is ideal with red meats and cured cheeses.
