Txakoli Itsasmendi is the result of the blend of the vineyards and Hondarrabi zuri zuri Hondarrabi zerratie. The geological diversity and microclimate of each plot, an environmentally friendly viticulture and enology are an innovative set of factors that determine the expression of this Txakoli. 12º environment in naturally cool, harmonious, round, persistent mouth and a slightly bitter, elegant and typical of the variety end. Txakoli is a young Itsasmendi which highlights the balance, freshness and harmony.

VINEYARDS AND VITICULTURE
The great geological diversity and micro climate of our vineyards planted since 1990 require a vintage that stretches for three weeks. Sustainable viticulture and enology respectful with the natural environment accentuate the personality of this Txakoli.

TASTING NOTES
young and fruity with 12.5% and easy to drink Txakoli. Balanced on the palate, fresh, persistent and slightly bitter, pleasant and characteristic of the variety end. A product of Atlantic character reflection of our area of production and winemaking philosophy.

CLIMATOLOGY
very warm summer presaged a major advance vintage. A colder and unstable than usual in our area, September considerably delayed maturation and provided a complex vintage with some pockets of Botrytis. This has provided a fresh and aromatic potential add. Add mature and more serious than its predecessor.
