The name
Manttoni is the name chosen to evoke an elf in ascension, referring to that Basque woman from the old world.

50% Tempranillo and rest mixture of Garnacha, Mazuelo, Maturana Tinta and Graciano
Production
1,300 bottles of 0.75 cl.
Vineyard
Relatively young but high quality vineyard based on mass selection plants that borders Oxer’s home. In other words, it could be called the wine of your garden.
Vinification
Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in used 1,000 liter French oak vats. It carries out malolactic fermentation and subsequent aging for 10 months in used 600L barrels.
Tasting Note
Fruity, ripe, elegant and fine nose, with slight spicy touches. In the mouth, magnificent acidity and soft tannin with eternal length.
