TASTING NOTES
We find one of those vintages that are friendly from the beginning without diminishing even a bit of guard capacity. The Muga Reserva Special Selection 2010 surprised by its taste from the beginning, the apparent precocity in the integration of tannins, by the freshness of its “Atlantic” descriptors that are interwoven with the maturity of the “Mediterranean” character.
Regarding the descriptors in the Muga Reserva Special Selection 2015 we find fruit in season, without getting to pass, mainly frutillos and plum, we continue with balms, especially licorice and mint, and just at the end, we can see spices like pepper, clove and vanilla. In retro-olfaction, spices such as tobacco and vanilla gain in whole. Then, lactic notes, very subtle, and noble leathers flow. Everything in perfect harmony and integration. The mouth is friendly, there is sweetness of fine lees, pastries and noble tannin.
