Sweet for those who want to escape the routine and enjoy the company came. Made to preserve the fruity notes of grapes from our old Grenache; These fruits have been selected from vines more than 52 years located between 500 and 600 meters.

A tasty, special and very expressive wine. So we spent the best French oak barrels for a short aging, which rounds its structure and gives a soothing touch.

GRAPES
Picked grapes to produce this red wine is 100% Grenache. They are hand picked grapes in vineyards more than 52 years of age, arranged in glass and placed between 550 and 600 meters. This selection of grapes accounts for 0.4% of the production of our vineyards.

VINTAGE
This is the earliest harvest in the history of Rioja. With adequate water intake through the snow and winter rains, high temperatures of late spring an intense vegetative growth accelerated, noticeable in all phases of the cycle. This dry weather also favored the good health state until harvest dates.

ELABORATION
The stemmed grapes are macerated cold for 36 hours. Then it tempered and begins the alcoholic fermentation, which takes place at 26 ° C. After 12 days of maceration the wine is separated by gravity and the second fermentation (malolactic) spontaneously performed. Only 10% of the wine remained in barrels for 4 months thereafter being mixed with the rest for bottling.

VIEW

NOSE
Wine varietal fruity court essentially offering a complex expression of Grenache avoiding interference of Barrel: red, tangerine licorice, cream, plum, cherry stone, oak, scrubland.

MOUTH
The power and wealth come from grapes not wood. Intense in flavor and friendly, rich, warm feel. Sapid rich in fruit sensations coming directly from the Grenache with some side retro-olfaction aroma: blackberry, plum, tangerine, milk. Final long, warm, persistent and fruity to the last drop.
