Txakoli Menpe

The Hasiberriak winery where Menpe txakoli is made is located in the municipality of Ibarrangelua, in the Urdaibai Reserve, in front of the Izaro Island, Mundaka, Bermeo and between the beaches of Laga and Laida, next to the Hotel Gametxo. An interpretive model of viticulture where the biosphere fosters life and maintains adequate conditions for the sustainable cultivation of vines.

TASTING NOTE
The Txakoli MENPE is very pale in color and has a greenish reflection. Clean and bright. In the still glass, medium-high aromatic intensity. Notes of green apple, fresh grass, white flowers stand out. Very fresh and clean notes. Slightly sweet in the mouth, light, elegant, balanced. With very pleasant lemony notes.
