ELABORATION
The Txakoli Narrasti from the Wild Wines de Aia winery (Gipuzkoa) is a natural wine made with the Hondarrabi zuri variety from organic, regenerative and biodynamic agriculture. The manual harvest was carried out with 10 kg boxes and a meticulous selection of the grapes in the same vineyard. The vinification is carried out with minimal intervention, the best grapes are selected, trimmed and pressed. The must ferments with autochthonous yeasts spontaneously and without adding oenological products. It is bottled without filtering and without clarifying.

TASTING NOTES
The Txakoli Narrasti is aromatic with citrus fragrances, floral notes and mineral resources. On the palate it is juicy, fresh and easy to drink. A marked acidity, with a light mid palate and a pleasant finish.
