Txakoli PARDIO Udaberria
From the area of Pardio, in the Alava municipality of Amurrio, the Orive brothers, ranchers by profession, offer us their two txakoli. Its vineyard was planted in 2010 with 7.5 hectares of Hondarrabi Zuri, Zerratia and Riesling. South-southwest orientation and 360 m altitude.
Manual harvest in 15kg boxes with subsequent fermentation at controlled temperature and rest in stainless steel tanks.
Suitable for white fish and shellfish. Service at 8-10º.
