Txakoli PARDIO Udazkena
From the area of Pardio, in the Alava municipality of Amurrio, the Orive brothers, ranchers by profession, offer us their two txakoli. Its vineyard was planted in 2010 with 7.5 hectares of Hondarrabi Zuri, Zerratia and Riesling. South-southwest orientation and 360 m altitude.
Manual harvest in 15kg boxes with subsequent fermentation on its lees at a controlled temperature for 10 months.
Suitable for white, blue and shellfish. Ideal for white meats and rice. Service at 10-13º.
