TASTING NOTES
87% fine red, 13% cabernet sauvignon. The key is to know if it will have the intrinsic quality of the 1970, despite the change of era and methods. It is a vintage wine that was born great: everything happened at the ideal time. It is like a cigar, it has class and, being so young, it reminds me of a Pessac-Léognan of first. Velvety texture with aftertaste to cigar box. A splendid wine, with the perfect proportion of fruit, tannins and acidity. Plums and berries: rather, all black and red fruits.
