Bikandi Crianza Ecologic Red Wine
The Bikandi Crianza is made with 100% tempranillo grapes from organic farming, no herbicide or chemical fertilizer is used in grape breeding.
After the manual harvesting of the grapes, 14 months remain in French oak barrels and another 12 months in the bottle, before being marketed.
The color is an intense cherry red, complex and fresh on the nose, with sharp aromas of ripe red fruits, suitably assembled. Bikandi Ecological Breeding is fleshy in the mouth with polished and fine tannins. Structural equilibrium and long end.
The recommended temperature of consumption is of 16º-18º, with an alcoholic graduation of 13,5%. Excellent accompaniment for all types of sausages and cheeses. White meats and vegetables. Blue fish.
