Luis Canas Reserve
The wines used in the manufacture of the Reserva come from vines with an average age of 45 and which after processing are tasted in order to define the type of wood most suitable for their aging.
Ruby red, clean and bright. Good aromatic intensity, notes of ripe red fruit on the nose over a very elegant balsamic background.
The palate is soft, cool and spirited. It has a good body and the tannins are well-integrated and polished.
Excellent with red or white meats, all types of game, roasts, oily fish, rice with meat and cheese. Within Rioja cuisine it is perfection accompanying peppers stuffed with cod, artichokes with ham, migas pastoriles and trotters.
