Txakolí from late harvest. Made with ripe grapes of the native Hondarrabi Zuri variety, from ancient Getaria vineyards. 12 months in aging on lees. Important natural residual sugar in balance with the characteristic acidity of txakoli. Txomin Etxaniz UYDI txakoli is bottled in 0.5lt format.
Yellow txakoli, characteristic of the late harvest. In the mouth it is fruity and fresh, a balance of late sweet with acid notes. On the nose it offers soft, honeyed aromas. Candied fruit. Elegant.
Starters and desserts. Recommended with foie.
