VINTAGE
Winter and night harvest so that the grapes are at temperatures below 0ºC and thus dehydration of the berry is achieved by natural freezing in the vineyard, obtaining all the essence. Average yield of 1000kg / ha
SOIL
Extremely chalky with limestone
ELABORATION
Pressed outside to keep temperatures below 0ºC. Fermentation 90 days in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts.
BREEDING
5 years in French oak barrels. Bottled without clarification or stabilization. Light pre-filtration to show off integrates all your personality.
TASTING NOTES
Golden yellow color with steely edges. Good intensity and finesse. Aromas of ripe fruits, exotic fruits and roasted fruits. In the mouth balanced, wide and with aforementioned aromas of fruit. Very pleasant light hints of liquor.
