Created since 2003 with two objectives; the first to produce a Txakoli with more body and structure from selected grapes to accompany the exquisite gastronomy of the Basque Country and on the other hand to achieve a Txakoli that could last several years in its bottle aging, like other white wine-growing areas with great prestige. This wide and unctuous Txakoli in the mouth, where the acidity balances the maturity, is powerful and tasty at birth to mature in the bottle and acquire harmony, complexity and elegance over the years. VINEYARDS

It is made with the selection of grapes from different plots. A laborious zoning of the vineyards, carried out in recent years, based on our experience, knowledge and precision viticulture techniques.

BREEDING

CLIMATOLOGY
