BAIGORRI De Garage
The winery is designed to fully respect the integrity and richness of the grapes. Located in the town of Samaniego and under the Sierra de Cantabria is Bodegas BAIGORRI, a glass box perfectly integrated into its surroundings, which emerges in an emblematic place in the Rioja Alavesa. Inside, the winery has the most advanced technology, the result of technical experimentation. It is framed within a process of continuous improvement and develops numerous research projects.
The unique characteristics of the grapes used, as well as all the painstaking process that is followed, means that the production of this wine is limited, depending on the years and, therefore, this is the emblematic wine of the Winery.

Long macerations and intracellular fermentations with native yeasts in oak vats. Natural pumping over and final extraction by gravity. Malolactic fermentation in contact with its fine lees and aging for 22 months in new French oak barrels.

TASTING NOTES
Intense cherry colour, aromas of fresh fruit and stewed fruit, aromatic herbs, spices and minerals. Sensations of macerated fruit, tobacco, smoked and licorice. Very tasty and round on the palate with a great balance between the tannins of the wood and that of the grapes. Very long and persistent finish.
