Señorio of Ondarre reserva
The personality of a vineyard on slopes and ravines transferred to the bottle
VINEYARD AND VARIETAL COMPOSITION
The vineyard to the north of the town of Viana is distributed in small plots located on slopes and ravines facing noon. Most of it is made up of old plantations, cultivated in dry land and with low or very low productivity. It is in these areas where we select 45 Has. for the production of Señorío de Ondarre, whose varietal composition is 85% tempranillo, 10% mazuelo and 5% Grenache. Due to its characteristics of age, soil, topography and growing conditions, the fruit obtained matures slowly and under favorable sanitary conditions, which yields wines with an intense layer, especially fruity aromas and good structure.
