The Coto Crianza 2017
Tempranillo grapes ferment in our Oyón winery in vats of between 30 and 45 Tm. equipped with the most advanced technology for the rigorous control of fermentation temperatures and maceration and color extraction. The objective is to achieve an adequate balance between structure and balance in the wines.
Minimum of 12 months in selected 225lt American oak barrels and at least 6 months in the bottle before leaving the cellar.
It has a clean bright cherry color in the glass, with a garnet rim. On the nose, it maintains the freshness of the fruit, appreciating the vanilla and the most emblematic aromas of toasted oak. On the palate it is silky and persistent with well-assembled spicy flavors.
