Varidades: 100% Tempranillo. Vines more than 60 years.
PREPARATION: Grapes harvested in boxes. Double selection table (bunches and then grains). malolactic fermentation in barrel. After careful selection of grapes in the winery, only the perfect follow the process in vats of French oak. In this phase, it is where we draw in a gentle way, all the aromatic and tannic potential, under an exhaustive control of temperatures. After the alcoholic fermentation the wine is new French oak barrels where malolactic fementación is performed. In this process, newspapers are made lias removed to give the wine roundness and smoothness, achieving greater intregración between wine and wood.
AGING: 18 months in new French oak barrels.
TASTING: cherry red color well covered. It shows a thin, elegant and complex nose, with good concentration of black fruit, subtle notes of fine, creamy oak and roasted notes to toffee and minerals. The palate is broad, fleshy, with elegance and power at the same time, notes of black fruit jam and licorice. With a tasty, long lingering finish.
