Reserve Red Wine CUNE
The first wine was produced in the cellar of Haro was bottled with the brand Cune. In the style of “claret” the Medoc Bordeaux. Cune Crianza success led to the creation of Cune Reserve, fine wine from Rioja Alta
The grapes are manually harvested from our vineyards of the Rioja Alta. Alcoholic fermentation takes place over 10 days at a controlled temperature. Later, after the malolactic fermentation begin its stage in barrels of French and American oak. This will last at least two years during which the wine will age taking notes features of the two types of wood. After a natural clarification the second phase of aging, ie their stay in the bottle over a year in our drafts takes place until released.
TASTING NOTES
Intense maroon coat. Enticing aroma of berries, plum and jam in perfect balance with aromas of vanilla gourmands, toffee and coconut from the barrel aging. The palate is a wine with personality, with a polished tannins that appears to give fleshiness and structure. In the aftertaste we appear licorice and anise aromas, it gives us the freshness that encourages us to continue drinking.
It’s perfect for pairing both spicy red meat, such as casseroles and stews.
