From a single vineyard with over 80 years of age, underperforming and very special called Malpuesto by poor configuration.

VARIETY
100% Tempranillo.

ELABORATION
Vintage in boxes of 15 kg. alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control and malolactic fermentation in new barrels with manual punching down.

AGING
15 months in new French oak fine grain.

TASTING NOTES
Intense bright cherry color. Aroma of ripe black fruit and wild. The Malpuesto is structured and comprehensive, with a creamy, earthy touch. Very fruity, with meatiness. Persistent and final complex.
