VINEYARDS
selection of 79 microplots an average of 0.30 hectares in the vicinity of Laguardia.The vineyard was planted in 1945 and 1954 glass in a chalky clay soil and has an average yield of 4,000 kg per ha.

ELABORATION
Handpicked in boxes of 15 kg and manual selection on sorting tables. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks and malolactic fermentation in new barrels and storage.
AGING
12 months in French oak barrels of fine grain.
TASTING NOTES
Color well covered cherry garnet. The nose Orben 2014 highlights pleasing aromas of wild, balsamic, dairy, fruit and fine toasted toffee candy. It is fleshy, structured and comprehensive. Red, black fruit, wild and smoked. Complex, persistent and aromatic finish.
