Viña Cubillo Crianza
Year officially rated as VERY GOOD. Year that passes without severe weather incidents in the absence of spring frosts but marked by abundant rainfall in the same period and also after the harvest. A benign and driest summer favored the fruit set and the health of the grapes which meant obtaining a not very abundant but slightly higher than the previous harvest and of similar quality harvest. The weather was exceptionally favorable throughout the final phase of the growth cycle, which is always decisive for the quality of the harvest. Our vineyard enjoyed optimal conditions for the health of the fruit was practically perfect and maturation parameters evolve with balanced color, acidity, alcohol, etc., which has yielded a harvest of high quality and slightly lower volume end to the above. The work of grape harvest began on October 6 in “Viña Zaconia” with white grape varieties, on October 9 in “Viña Tondonia” with the red varieties and ended on October 30 after harvesting “Viña Cubillas ‘and’ Viña Bosconia. “
