ELABORATION
Method: Vinification in conical concrete tanks with cold pre-fermentation
Fermentation: With 20-day indigenous yeasts with very smooth trampling and pumping over. Malolactic fermentation
Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels
Bottling: No clarification or stabilization
TASTING NOTES
Purplish red with a bright layer. Good intensity and finesse. Aromas of liquorice, fine herbs, mixed with hints of very fine oak. A wine with volume, full of fruity sensations with balanced acidity and sweet tannin that provides structure and persistence.
Consume: Today or in the next 10 years
Serve: Between 14º and 16º to appreciate its full potential
