Grapes from our youngest vineyards between 20 and 40 years old, located in Laguardia
Grape variety: Tempranillo 85%, 10% Garnacha and 5% Viura
Cultivation: Organic viticulture with biodynamic and regenerative practices
Harvest: Manual in a 15 kg box. Selection in the vineyard and in the winery. Average yield of 5000 kg / ha
Soil: Clay-calcareous
ELABORATION
Method: Vinification in conical concrete tanks with cold pre-fermentation
Fermentation: With 20-day indigenous yeasts with very smooth trampling and pumping over. Malolactic fermentation in concrete
Bottling: No clarification or stabilization
TASTING NOTES
Pleasant nose of violets and red fruits. Memories of liquorice. Easy to drink with a good finish. Much finesse and elegance on the palate where the fruity energy that we find on the nose reappears.

Service: Between 14º and 16º to appreciate its full potential
