ELABORATION
Traditional method, 100% destemmed.
Traditional treading three times a day during fermentation.
Malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels.
Aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels.

TASTING NOTE
Purple black, it presents a great concentration of aromas of black fruit, brandy, spices and mineral notes. On the palate it offers good structure, power, expressiveness, creaminess and a finish with polished tannins.
