Viña Ane Autor is made with the utmost care and care in the grapes used. The smooth de-waking, the pumping-up and the punching out of the tank hat, give this wine a great structure and richness. She is a mature teenager with the DNA of the house, La Sosierra and the height of the old vineyard.

TASTING NOTES

COLOR: Carmine of dark granza with a purple violet background. Violet pink edges very marked. Thick, fluid and tinted tear.

NOSE: In standstill it stands out for its vinousness with mineral touches on soft toasts and stone fruits. By shaking the red and black fruits over they come out on the other aromas. Balsamic, very intense and floral. Cloves, black pepper and bay leaf emerge, until dark chocolate and soft roasted notes appear.

MOUTH: Very intense, with a marked bolero flavor of the macerated grape. Tannin is also present but the abundant salivation it causes makes it melt in the mouth leaving a pleasant step. The perfect maturity of the fruit is perceived. The global sensation is round, with ripe fruit, toasted very well integrated, balanced, tasty and persistent. The mineralized and black liquorice return with a very intense and primary aftertaste.
