Txakoli Doniene
Doniene Gorrondona Txakolina currently has 15 hectares. in production, preferably owned. All the vineyards are located on the south-facing slopes of the Bakio Valley. Bakio, due to its geographical location, on the Cantabrian coast but protected by the mountains from the northwest winds, has historically been an area for growing vineyards. The soil, sandier in the higher areas and more clayey in the lower parts of the valley, has a diversity to which the autochthonous varieties are adapted.
