ELABORATION
Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts for approximately. 20 days with very smooth trampling and pumping over, passing to malolactic fermentation in 500L barrels
BREEDING
15 months in French oak barrels. Bottled without clarification or stabilization.
TASTING NOTES
Light in color. Elegant and refined nose. Fruits well loaded with fresh chords. All delicacy harmonized by fine tannins that give structure to the whole. Seduction is the word that defines this wine.

Between 14º-16º. Open half an hour before to appreciate all its qualities.
