Lalomba Finca Lalinde
Flavor and identity in a long-lived rosé from the Sierra de Yerga
The first wine made by Lalomba is a rosé made up of 90% Garnacha variety and 10% Viura variety. Deep, tasty and with an enveloping finesse, its floral personality transfers to its original environment, the gentle slopes framed by the rugged environment of Yerga.
ABOUT LALOMBA
Lalomba expresses the authenticity of the vineyard with a collection of three wines from three estates that Ramón Bilbao, Lalomba’s mother winery, has spent years studying and cultivating with care in different locations in Rioja: Finca Valhonta on the terraces of Villalba de Rioja (Rioja Alta ); Finca Ladero and Finca Lalinde on the austere slopes of the Sierra de Yerga (Rioja Oriental).
VARIETY
90% Garnacha and 10% Viura.
VINEYARDS
There are vineyards whose fruit deserves to be bottled separately. Places where wine transparently reflects the specific virtues of that location. Vineyards whose exclusive elements claim to be valued: the sum of soil and microclimate, the persistence of a traditional viticulture, the altitude and the environment, the quality sustained over time. In short, the unique combination of history, nature and landscape.
TASTING NOTES
Rich notes of grapefruit and raspberry tips, good weight on the palate. Fresh, with citrus and floral aromas and excellent acidity that significantly lengthens the flavors.
SERVICE AND PAIRING
Consumption temperature between 11ºC and 13ºC.
